Commendable Features

The Nano QX is small and flies quickly and easily in small spaces. Due to the small size, the mini drone is ideal only for indoor use. This is because even gentle wind may put it off. Although this seems to be a limitation, it is ideal for beginners who wish to try indoors with simple flight controls and without weather disturbance.

One of the reasons for quick and easy flight is its SAFE™ technology with agility and stability modes. Standing for Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope, SAFE™ keeps the quadcopter from crashing at bay, helps in landing and take-off making an easy ride for the beginners, and enable stable mode while hovering once you release the control sticks in case of any trouble. This is quite handy for those who are learning to fly. After mastering the flight basics, you can use its agility mode for playing more tricks at a faster speed.

Transmitter

The MLP4DSM 4-channel DSMX, 2.4GHz transmitter is compatible with several other small aircrafts from Blade and ParkZone. Furthermore, its blade guards defend the blades as well as keep the drone away from accidentally harming someone. With direct drive propellers, this mini drone is truly quiet while running. Its 6mm brushed coreless motors are potent enough to ensure a smooth but robust lift.

Battery

This Blade drone comes with 150mAh 3.7v lithium battery ensuring several minutes of flight before recharging. The included USB adapter recharges the battery in less than half an hour, which is really great.

However if you don’t want to interrupt your experience you can buy an additional pack of batteries and exchange them. They even provide more flight time than the stock ones.

Durability

Moreover, the drone is ultra durable due to which crashing and damaging risks are almost negligible. Even if it crashes onto the floor or into a wall, the damage is zero. Another bonus is that the mini drone comes pre-assembled, which means you can play with it right away once taken out of the box. It is ready for flight after you charge the battery and locate free space to fly.

Camera

If you want to shoot pictures with this quadcopter, unfortunately, I am going to disappoint you – there is no camera.

There is no possibility to attach a GoPro or any other camera as well, because the drone is too small to take any additional weight.

Minimum Age Recommendation: 14 years
